Helpfull hints on submitting digital files:   Email your files as Portable Document Format or (PDF) files. these are Compressible files that will allow any Windows or Macintosh document to retain its color, layout, typeography, etc. during transmission over the internet - Not to mention saving a lot of up & down load time! For example Adobe makes a program "Acrobat Distiller" that facilitates this so documents created in Adobe InDesign, Quark Xpress etc. can easily be "PDFed". (Note: Adobe InDesign has PDF ability built in!) The only disadvantage of your PDF file is that it cannot be edited once we receive it. If you decide you want changes in your file, you must re-submit a new PDF file to us. If you do not have Acrobat, you may order a copy at adobe.com. If you are having email trouble or have large files, send a copy of your file on the disc ( options listed above) to the address below.
